Stainless steel balustrading have some advantage points follow;

 1. Easy to clean

 2. The finishing  (satin or mirror) look valuable

 3. Not easy rusty

 4. Not easy contaminated

 5. Very strong  in structure

 6. Stainless steel balustrade look simple but luxury

 7 .Stainless steel balustrade easy match to some other material such as glass and wood

 8. Stainless steel balustrade have more accessories to fit with

 9. Stainless steel balustrading is majority part fabricating onsite, instead of fabricating offsite at the factories then go onsite to install. Therefore, the job done is more precisely.

10. Balustrading or handrail using stainless steel material to fabricate always look better than other materials as no requirement of painting or powder coating as steel or aluminum. Fabricator can polish onsite when install the job. Even some balustrades need to fit or re-fabricated, then the fabricator can easily re-polish the finishing.

Stainless steel balustrade have some disadvantage points as follow:

1 - Higher cost compare with other material. For example normal steel (HR) cost $600 usd/MT, then stainless steel cost $2000usd/MT for 304 grade.  316 grade cost $ 3200usd/MT.

2 - Require higher skill to weld and must have proper skill of polishing the stainless steel balustrade.

3 - Need properly maintain when the balustrade install at outside.

4 - It not easy to distinguish the 304 grade and the 316 grade of stainless steel material. 316 grade is better rust resistance. Therefore, price is higher.
